Get Ready | Where to Stay | On The Day

Find your way to North Greenwich pier by 11am. At the pier look out for our red-jacketed Master of Ceremonies who will be ready to welcome you.

Other than your lovely self (that's the most important bit!) please remember to bring your photo ID as this will be required for entry to the venue.

North Greenwich pier is located just behind The O2 and accessible by:

Boat: of course our recommended way to travel is by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers (#ShamelessPlug) and you can alight directly at North Greenwich pier

Underground: take the Jubilee Line (grey line) to North Greenwich for The O2. North Greenwich pier is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station

Other Public Transport: you can also arrive at North Greenwich by Cable Car on the Emirates Air Line, by Bus or by Uber

Car: we can arrange a spot for your car for the day and overnight if needed in Car Park 1 at The O2. If you need one please let us know when you rsvp or by emailing wedding@jamesblaeke.com. Car Park 1 is a 10 to 15 minute walk from North Greenwich Pier.

Please don't! We've set the departure to get you to the metaphorical church on time. The journey to our wedding begins at 11am from North Greenwich Pier, but if the inevitable does occur, please call the Master Of Ceremonies on 07976835054 for advice on what to do.

We've had to make some changes to our plans since last time. We're now expecting to continue until late at Two Temple Place just near Temple Station.

This venue is easily connected by tube, bus and Uber.

Yes, obviously, plenty and often!

There will be a light (and late) breakfast available from 11.30am before the wedding ceremony.

There will also be an opportunity to buy further refreshments after the ceremony should you feel the urge to exit via the gift shop!

The wedding reception will begin at 3pm with champagne & canapés leading up to the wedding breakfast which will be served from around 5pm.

Drinks and dancing will then ensue, with late night snacks for those who get peckish.
